La posizione e’ strategica , vicina al centro , ma tranquilla e proprio fronte mare . Lo staff molto gentile e professionale . Anche la colazione e’ varia e si ottimo livello. Dispiace che non accettano i cani di grande taglia , saremmo tornati volentieri

Breakfast was great, the location was ideal, and the area feels safe and is close to restaurants. The shower door only opened 45 degrees into a cramped space, making it hard to get in and out.

We were a bit nervous about accessibility because my partner uses a wheelchair, but the experience turned out to be fantastic. The bathroom was spot‑clean and perfect, and extra requests were handled in minutes. Le Zattere is one of Venice’s most accessible districts, and the reception staff’s tips let us see a lot. Usually, accessible rooms are on the ground floor with less impressive views, but this one had a lovely view even from the ground level. The only tiny tweak I’d suggest is a slightly larger shower stool, but that’s a very minor point. All in all, we couldn’t be happier.
