The Queen Room – Disability Access includes a wheelchair‑friendly layout and a well‑equipped kitchenette with stovetop, refrigerator, microwave and kitchenware. It contains one double bed for two guests. The private bathroom offers a walk‑in shower, a hairdryer, and a minibar.

“Comfortable and clean.”
We booked the 3‑bedroom apartment and it was very spacious and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The staff were very helpful with suggestions for things to do and local information. The living area is very small and cramped for the overall size of the apartment.
The heater was noisy.
The floor in the room was sticky – it felt unclean. It was mentioned at check‑in that the carpet cleaner was due to come but had not turned up. If the room is not up to standard, don’t make it available. It cost us a reasonable amount and I don’t expect to feel unclean during my stay.
The location was good and the staff were helpful. The heat pump didn’t work (brrr!) and neither did the bathroom fan. Wifi signal was poor. The staff did provide space heaters.

Great location, excellent helpful customer service, comfortable beds, spacious rooms. The TV had many channels but wasn’t a smart TV or equipped with a Chromecast. That didn’t really matter though.
