The reservation didn’t exist, and I’m still trying to contact you with no success; I demand a refund because I had to spend the night in my car, and the host was extremely unpleasant, saying she didn’t want to deal with the booking. I had no accommodation, the place was unavailable, the owner backed out, and you confirmed the booking until the last day, ruining my weekend.

Splitting a house into four rental rooms for different people at an outrageous price is only found in Portugal; the bathrooms were filthy and we had to clean up after previous guests, and the window in my room was broken and couldn’t be closed.

The location was convenient for what I needed, but the entrance was dirty; the shared bathrooms were clean. We ran into a key mishap when the maid swapped our lockbox with another guest’s, which was stressful, especially since we left at 6:00 am. For non‑English speakers, it can be tricky.
