Rien. J'ai voulu changer les dates, ils ont laissés en stand‑by pour que je doit payé, alors mon arrivée sur la date souhaitée, alors qu'il avait des chambres de libres ils ont voulu que je repaye, aucun gest de la part du groupe.

The hotel was not as shown in the photos, and the room did not have air conditioning. The Wi‑Fi was very poor, and on one of the days they did not provide Wi‑Fi access to me at all. I am very disappointed because the actual facilities did not match what was advertised. No other comments.

The rooms are well kept, and it’s the best location if you have a layover between flights. They have secure storage rooms for your surfboards, and the breakfast buffet is superb!

Not much to say positively. The photos for this hotel are obviously very old and it is definitely not anywhere near the standard it claims. There are no proper roads to the hotel and only a horribly corrugated dirt road access. The location is awful as it is nowhere near any amenities at all; I wasn’t even able to eat on the evening that I arrived. Cleanliness was horrendous, and I even found multiple old fake eyelashes on both the mirror and wardrobe. Half the lights did not work, the sheets had holes in them, and the water came out of the taps brown.
