I only made it to breakfast at 9:45 am because no one had told me the hours, so by then they were already tidying up. The front‑desk staff weren’t the friendliest or most outgoing, and I never learned about any of the hotel’s amenities.

Their breakfast was great, but the shopping area or whatever was across the street.

The staff were incredibly friendly, even texting me to confirm everything was fine. The breakfast omelets were amazing, the hotel was spotless and well organized, and the mall is within walking distance—definitely coming back!

Really good staff from checkin to the restaurant and breakfast area. I stay there 2-3 times a year, and it seems an elevator is always out which makes it very slow waiting for the 1 working elevator
