The location is great and the service is excellent. The equipment isn’t the newest, but the cleanliness is flawless. A private bathroom isn’t a problem, though it might inconvenience the neighboring room because the door opens quite loudly and you can hear someone leaving the room. The air conditioning is fine. I recommend it. No faults were found.

It was truly a pleasure to stay here. From the first moment we felt welcomed and at home thanks to the owner's kindness, availability, and care. The property is very cozy, clean, and meticulous in every detail, and its location is ideal for experiencing Fondi and exploring the beautiful surroundings. We will cherish this stay with great pleasure. Thank you sincerely for the hospitality and for making us feel so good. Absolutely recommended and hope to see you again soon! Everything was perfect.

An absolute gem in the heart of Naples. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the nicest district. The staff were responsive and helpful, the accommodation was spotlessly clean. The price was extremely reasonable. Everything within walking distance, if we had to go further afield the staff helped us to arrange transportation. Also, in the middle of a heatwave the air conditioning was very much appreciated. Shower water pressure was fantastic. Bed very comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful visit to Naples. We will definitely be back.

Location good but difficult to get to, especially if you have a car as you cannot drive to the B&B. The parking suggested was too far. Bathroom not in the room. Room was small and badly separated. Air conditioner was in a bad location and was not strong enough to cool even the small room. There was a musky, mildew smell that was difficult to endure. Owner was not willing to refund the stay or even part of it
