The location was practical, free parking was handy, the area was quiet and easy to reach by public transport. The rooms were well sized and practical, and I appreciated having a fridge in the room. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked great, which was a relief in temperatures above 30 °C. The hotel is next to a forest and is a student dorm, which we knew beforehand, but the cleanliness and ant infestation left something to be desired. Tiny ants appeared everywhere—room, bathroom, even on arrival. Some front‑desk staff were helpful, others weren’t. We asked for ant spray, which made it a bit more bearable. The cleaning crew was absent early in the morning; we woke at 7 am to hear the neighbor’s room being vacuumed and furniture being moved. The facilities were quite basic; we had to request basic utensils and a sponge separately. Wi‑Fi didn’t work reliably; we had to ask for it to be fixed.

Quiet and tidy! Everything was excellent.

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. We had issues with check‑in because the internet wasn’t working and they couldn’t process us quickly; they offered to move us to another hotel. The air‑conditioners in the rooms didn’t work and the internet was missing, supposedly due to the heat.

I was at the Campus festival and the rooms were straightforwardly simple, which I liked.
