The staff were very friendly and always helpful; the central location was great, and a pleasant breeze in the mornings and evenings helped cool us down; the pool was especially a hit with the kids; the apartment is tastefully decorated with stylish furnishings and lovely nature‑inspired paintings from Nicaragua.

The room was very comfortable and the staff were very courteous, but the shower was bad, water stagnated because of a large slope in the bathroom; blackout curtains are needed in the rooms because night lights and morning sun disturb sleep; the fridge was a bit dirty inside; offering a queen bed for an extra fee would be appreciated.

The accommodation was flawless, and staff like Mr. Yony and Mrs. Xayda were wonderful people; everything was at my disposal and super close. No comments.

The location was perfect—so near downtown yet still quiet and private, and we appreciated the garden-like setting and pool. We stayed in the Junior Suite and expected a bit more in the kitchenette; next time we’ll probably choose a room with a larger kitchen.
