The staff were amazing, nice, and helpful, and the room was clean and the perfect size for me and my family. I liked everything; there were no problems at all.

I didn’t get the suite I booked; instead I was handed a room with double beds, which was a downgrade, and they told me that because I used a third‑party booking I wouldn’t get a refund.

The location was perfect for what we were visiting; shops, restaurants, and an IHOP were all nearby, so there was nothing to dislike.
