The setting is quiet, private, closed to the public, and secure, with large rooms and welcoming hosts. However, the room, towels, bedding, and shower were not clean, causing itching all night. Breakfast had food that wasn’t properly stored, cold water in the tap, no hot water in the shower, and a clogged shower drain. A bank card was required but payment had to be made in cash on site. The website was unclear at first, leading to confusion. We arrived at night, the gate was closed, and there was no way to contact anyone to enter. The furniture was worn, with cracks and mold on the walls. It feels like the place was opened a few years ago and they only do occasional cleaning to attract passersby and make money, rather than maintaining it. The manager is not on site; everything is handled by phone, and the number is given by the guard. After insisting on the phone, part of my reservation was refunded.

I really enjoyed my stay at Family Park Hotel. The room was clean, well‑maintained, and offered a lovely view of the pool and garden. Opening the curtains in the morning and seeing that scenery brought a sense of well‑being and positive energy. The place is very quiet and lets you reconnect with nature. Moad was very helpful, available, and reachable at all times. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and pleasant stay.
