The staff were extremely polite and attentive. The room was very comfortable, the shower was great. The place is safe and has a garage. Breakfast was excellent. I recommend it to everyone.

The split with a heating unit and a hot shower that uses central heating was a plus, and the kitchen was spacious with an espresso machine. However, there were no elevators and the thermal insulation could have been better.

At 5:45 a.m. the reception offered coffee, and the price for a triple room was noted. We asked for a light breakfast snack because we left early for a walk, but it wasn’t provided and the staff showed no interest in helping us.

The room was fine and breakfast ran until 10 a.m.; we arrived 20 minutes before 10 because of a wedding the day before. When we took a table while other guests were eating, the waitress—looking tired from working on a Sunday—removed it without asking if we wanted anything else, which felt very rude and uneducated. I won’t return or recommend this hotel; they need to improve guest service. The waitress at breakfast was also problematic.

The hotel is welcoming, the rooms are bright and clean, the reception staff are friendly 24/7, there is private parking and CCTV, and breakfast is plentiful with many options; we were satisfied with everything. Everything was perfect.
