“Best hotel for visiting Torres del paines”
Great location, excellent service, food and tours! The spa is also exceptional. Many guests were inconsiderate, banging doors and being loud in hallways. This isn’t the hotel’s fault but I was surprised by the lack of consideration – maybe some signs or reminders. There was no room service, but the bar food was excellent and you could take your food to go.
“Una semana inolvidable!”
The price‑to‑quality ratio is unbeatable, and I just wish I could stay longer!
“Soñada”
The staff were attentive, the food was top‑level, and the comfort was outstanding—thanks, Equipo Rio Serrano. I did warn the hotel by email that I was celebrating my birthday, but it slipped through the cracks; I wasn’t expecting anything special, but a small gesture would have been nice.
The breakfast was very complete and good.
“Luxo!”
Spectacular! Rooms facing the massive Paine mountain are worth every cent paid! Luxurious and authentic regional installations (in decoration and materials)! Indoor pool with incredible views! Two restaurants (super expensive, after all it is an isolated place) available. Room very spacious and great breakfast. The hotel’s tour agency (The Massif) is much, much, much more expensive than others in the region, worth researching. And the staff who sell tours almost never respond to emails and WhatsApp, it was a huge stress to organize my tours and even pay for them (before leaving Brazil).
