The location is super convenient, the room is nice and the price is very good. The bed is very comfortable, the mini fridge is large, the new bathroom is quiet, and it's close to the freeway, stores, restaurants, and about 5 miles from downtown Grand Rapids.

No elevator, so I had to climb stairs with luggage. When we entered, there was no toilet paper. The AC was broken, the room was dirty and stinky, and I could feel springs in the mattress. The bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom wasn’t clean, and the fridge shelf was broken and smelled.

The location is easy to reach from the highway, and a Denny's is nearby. However, the carpeting throughout was dirty and I didn’t want to walk around barefoot. There weren’t enough towels for my husband and me. The first room was on the ground floor with a toilet that didn’t flush, so we were moved upstairs. I would have preferred a refund and found another place instead.
