The large, paved parking lot with a remote‑controlled gate was perfect, the attic apartment was clean with decent towels, and there were two outdoor gazebos plus a big, air‑conditioned communal kitchen, making it an ideal base for kayaking, visiting the Kielec village museum or the Chęciny castle; however, a not‑so‑loud but still annoying noise from a nearby factory could be heard, the skylight would benefit from a blind to keep the room from brightening too quickly in the morning, a proper air‑conditioner would be a big improvement over the current fan, and the shower cabin wasn’t fully sealed, leaving the tap a bit loose—minor details.
