They canceled my stay because they claimed I had stayed there before; I don’t even know where the damn place is. Racist.

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, and the location was excellent.

The room smelled horrible and it was a smoking room even though I don’t smoke, and the place in general was horrible.

The place was clean, but the staff came off as unfriendly, the mattress was subpar and the box spring seemed defective too. The three pillows looked like foam chunks in their cases, and one even arrived without a pillowcase, which was disgusting.
