The service was excellent and the facilities were great. Staff were very helpful as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will book again in the future. The only drawback was the lack of smoking rooms.

I’d steer clear of this hotel because it’s a gamble. After I paid for the room with my card, they turned me away, claiming they don’t allow people from different countries to share a room; they said they’d refund me within two days, which never happened. I chased them for a month, receiving endless promises of a refund that never materialized, until I lodged complaints with the consumer protection board, the booking platform, and my bank, after which they finally returned the money.

The staff were very polite and responsive. The beds were extremely small, even for people below average height. Breakfast was not very good. The price isn’t worth it; it would be better to add $8‑$9 and stay at a higher‑level hotel.
