The pool was great, but the mattress quality was poor and the poolside music stayed loud until late at night.

Breakfast was excellent and the pool large and very scenic, yet the pool floor was a bit dirty and staff ignored repeated guest reports, the rooms had virtually no soundproofing so we heard everything from neighboring rooms, even phone conversations, and late‑night pool parties kept going until the early hours with people using the pool bathroom at 3 am, which is unreasonable for paying guests. To top it off, water supply was erratic: on a 4‑star property we often couldn’t shower at 7 pm because there was no water, and when it finally arrived it was only cold after waiting over 20 minutes, and sometimes there was no water at all in the morning.

The pool was good, breakfast was fine, and the staff were friendly. However, the rooms were very quiet, the building felt dated, and you had to pay for luxury lounge chairs by the pool. There wasn’t much to do in the immediate surroundings.

The hotel is right on the sea and offers parking, and the staff are very friendly. Unfortunately, our sea‑view room had mold on the ceiling, the air conditioner could only be turned on or off with no temperature control, and the nightclub that runs at night is very loud—you can feel the beat—and it goes on until late.
