“TOP of Südtirol”

The entire concept of the hotel is coherent. If you’re looking for a genuine 4‑star hotel where service is the first star, staff friendliness the second, a prime location the third, and an exclusive kitchen, bar, and wine selection the fourth, this is spot on! You arrive at a hotel, but the welcome feels like being guests at friends’ homes. It’s definitely worth the price and perhaps the best address in all South Tyrol. Whether it’s the free underground parking, the ski and bike storage, the wellness offerings—everything is top level. And for bikers, a tip: all passes (Jauffen, Timmels, Penser & Stelvio) are practically at the door. The only thing we missed was a kettle or tea machine so we could quickly brew tea without always going to the restaurant. That’s a very high‑level gripe 😉

The breakfast buffet was large and the food was the highlight, definitely recommended. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning, making it very hot in summer.

Dinner was, as usual, absolutely fantastic and the staff—especially the host family—were indescribably friendly and attentive. You don't arrive as a stranger, you come as a friend and leave as a friend.

Everything from the staff and the rooms to the food and the location was outstanding, making it hard to know where to start or stop praising; the accommodation is absolutely worth recommending and we had a wonderful time. The only issues were daily bottled water in the room, a mini‑fridge, coffee facilities, and a TV that were all missing.
