The staff handled the reservation cancellation nicely and were helpful, but the hotel itself was unclean and the swimming pool was unusable.
I had a terrible experience at this hotel. When I arrived, my room wasn't clean, and I was told to come back the next day to have it cleaned. However, I was later marked as a no-show and still haven't received my refund. The lack of communication and follow-through was frustrating and disappointing.
Our big family loved the spacious accommodations, but we were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the carpet and some lingering odors from previous guests, including smoke and pets. It would make a big difference to replace the carpet with a non-carpeted flooring option. Despite this, the space worked well for our family's needs.
The front‑desk girl that night was exceptional—so helpful and cheerful, clearly loving her job, and she went out of her way to make my stay great; management should keep her happy.
“Okay hotel. I don't appreciate being nickle and dimed”

Not only did they charge a fee to use a credit card, but they also had a broken pool gate that was left wide open, posing a safety risk to children. When I notified the staff, they failed to address the issue, and the gate remained open. It's clear that they prioritize profits over guest safety and satisfaction.
