Location and price are good. There is a lack of staff and facilities, and it is noisy.
“Einmal und nie wieder”
The accommodation was right on a main road; we initially thought it would be noisy, but that turned out not to be the case. The house is extremely drafty, so you hear everything—street noise, plumbing, people moving furniture—and there is a construction site in the building that starts at 7 am. The accommodation has no shower or toilet; you must use the communal WC or shower, which lacks hygienic storage, the paper was empty, and these were not very clean, just like the room that had a lot of dust and some hair. The power went out on the entire floor and we could not reach anyone. We went to sleep, and at some point it seemed to have come back on. The fridge was only decorative and did not cool.

Clean sheets, comfortable bed. Price/quality is top tier. Our room did not have a private shower or toilet, but that was not an issue. On the same floor, a few rooms have separate showers with all necessities: gel, shampoo, conditioner, cream, soap, napkins, towels. All essential items are provided. Not all star hotels offer such conveniences. So if you need a place to stay overnight in Düsseldorf, this is a good option.
