The room was huge compared to other options, the staff were extremely helpful and nice, and the location is ideal—just a short walk to both the train station and the Duomo, though the air conditioner is a little noisy at night.

The spot is practically in the heart of Florence, everything is close by. Even though I only had a standard room, the hotel itself inside is very beautiful. Everything liked.
