Everything about the flat was solid: the host was super friendly, the place was spotless, and the city centre was just a short walk away. The tram stop around the corner made getting around easy, and the kitchen and bathroom were nicely equipped. The downside was the public parking about five minutes away costing €11 a day, plus the balcony faces north so it hardly gets any sun, though the view over the green courtyard is nice.

Quiet spot, yet only a few minutes from the centre, and the public transport connections are really good.

The apartment was immaculate and the host was genuinely nice.

The flat was perfect for exploring Graz – very clean, quiet, and fully stocked with everything we needed, including a well‑equipped kitchen. The owner was easy to reach and always friendly and helpful. The bathroom was basic but tidy, and the whole place was tiny, which was fine for a short stay, though it got uncomfortably hot in the summer with no fan.
