Being next to the station was super handy, and having breakfast included was a bonus. I booked a single but the hotel switched me to a twin, giving me plenty of space to relax. Being on the 11th floor, the view was great. However, the breakfast area was right in front of the front desk, which made it feel a bit hectic. Because the breakfast window was limited, the flow between grabbing food and finding a seat got a little awkward during busy times. The ice machine was only on the first floor, and the paper cups provided were small; a larger size would have been nicer. Also, the carpeted floor in the room seemed to hold a faint dusty smell, and there was dust in the exhaust vent.

This was my third stay, and the front desk staff were pleasant and made everything comfortable. The only downside was that I booked a smoking room, so cigarette odor lingered in the room.

On the 25th, the staff at check‑in were extremely helpful, answering questions about restaurants and the building layout. Even if the places they suggested didn’t match my taste, their friendliness made me feel fine. Unfortunately, I couldn’t book a table at the recommended restaurant. I’ll keep that in mind for next time. No other problems.
