Located near Burnham-on-Sea beaches and the M5 motorway, Fox and Goose Inn offers modern rooms with Hypnos beds, TVs, and bathrooms featuring baths or showers. The inn features the Ferris Restaurant, serving seasonal local produce, and offers free Wi-Fi, parking, and a children's playground. It's 15 minutes from Cheddar Gorge and 45 minutes from Bristol city centre.

A very welcoming country pub with roomy rooms attached. The bar runs smoothly, the staff are friendly, and the food is good. It’s nice to see many locals there, not just business travelers. The room was big, airy, the bed comfy, and it even had a bath—what’s not to love? The only downside was that my partner wasn’t with me and I was only there overnight; I would have liked to explore the area more.

The location is excellent, with easy access and parking. The staff are friendly and attentive. The food was terrific, and the restaurant stayed comfortably busy. I’ve been an “irregular” guest for several years, and the hotel has improved each time. Full marks to the owners and staff—great stay!
