I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, enjoying the stylish room, comfortable bed, and lovely decor. The location was also convenient for my needs, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, I was slightly let down by the bathroom, which seemed a bit outdated and had poor ventilation. Overall, it was a decent experience with some room for improvement.

I was quite disappointed with the invoicing process at this hotel. When I requested a VAT invoice, I was surprised to be asked to pay an additional 20%, which seemed unreasonable given that the end-user price should already include VAT by law. The lack of clarity around invoices was frustrating, and I hope they can improve their processes in this regard.
