“Alojamiento super recomendable.”
The room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was simple but generous and tasty. It was very close to Plaza de Armas and the streets were very quiet. I would stay here again.

The location is great, close to Plaza de Armas and several restaurants. However, the value for money is debatable; the price is high for the quality of service offered. Breakfast was very basic and the staff were distracted. Once we were given a spoon still stained with detergent. The room is not as shown in the photos; the balcony is shared with other rooms, the room itself is much smaller, the curtains are not blackout so sleep is poor, the TV is placed in an awkward spot, and the pillows were excessively thin (we had to stack two to make them decent). There is no wardrobe in the room, only a small hanger that holds a maximum of two hooks for jackets or shirts.

The staff were warm and friendly. There was a lot of noise, people talking late into the night.

The staff were excellent, attentive, polite and helpful. The location was great and everything was very clean. The bed was uncomfortable and small details were missing, such as towel hooks in the bathrooms.

The place is very beautiful, the staff are kind and attentive, and the location is close to the center but not directly on the square, which is convenient. They gave us plenty of information to enjoy our stay and even provided a contact for a good driver. Breakfast is simple but enough to start the day. The room is comfortable and well furnished. The curtains could be a bit thicker so the morning sun doesn’t wake you up too early. It would also be nice to have the street door closed and a bell installed.
