I brought my elderly mother, so I was a bit worried, but the staff kept checking on us and that was appreciated. However, when the buffet breakfast was served, the table was positioned so that wheelchair users couldn't see the food, and in the large bath area, after removing slippers, there was no ramp where one was needed. – Takahashi
