The hotel features a fitness centre, mineral pool, sauna, and hot tub. Balconies offer views of the Blue Mountains, city skyline, and ocean. Chatswood train station and The Concourse, with live arts events, are within walking distance.

The location and room size are solid, but the building feels old, the spa is out of service, and the reception area is dull. There’s no iron board, only an iron.

The place is in a fantastic spot right across from Chatswood Westfield and the street food markets on Thursday and Friday. We stayed in a two‑bedroom, two‑bathroom apartment that was super comfy and had everything we needed, and we really enjoyed it. The rooms look a little dated and could use a refresh, plus a proper clean would help; the carpet was quite dirty and some of our bedding blankets had marks and stains. The staff were helpful, but remember it’s more of a serviced apartment than a full‑service hotel.
