The hotel staff were not good—they had no idea how to deal with guests, and the hotel management ignored us. I felt cheated by the booking platform and the hotel. They don’t have a kitchen, and after paying for dinner and breakfast we didn’t get them because they lack a restaurant kitchen and staff to provide it. The experience was very bad.

I was disappointed by the staff’s lack of response—when we complained about the loud noises, nobody answered or even checked on the issue, and the water service in the room was never provided. Nothing else was worth mentioning.
