“Instalações ruins e local bom. Não vale a pena.”
The service was the only decent part, but the facilities were old and poorly maintained.

The location was good, but the room size and furniture layout were lacking; the bathroom was cramped, the shower was old and bad, and the toilet was very low.

The historic main building was impressive, yet the elevators and their access points were cramped.

The staff were fantastic. The main building is a beautiful 1930s house, lovely and well preserved, a real architectural gem. The restaurant is great and even has a piano.

The location was great—10 minutes on foot to the city center and Mercado Municipal, 10 minutes by Uber to Shopping Uberaba—and the staff were excellent, attentive, friendly, and kind. The building’s old style and structure were well preserved, the breakfast was great, and the restaurant dishes were excellent, so I recommend it and will return. The toilet emitted a bad odor that wasn’t dirt, likely due to the old structure; a disinfectant stone in the flush chamber might fix it. The room TV couldn’t access Netflix or YouTube, which I miss because that’s all I watch. The balcony door’s latch was broken, so it could only be propped open; I didn’t feel unsafe, but I slept with the room open, which needs fixing. The spring mattress was not comfortable for me.
