I had trouble enjoying my stay because I was charged an incorrect, higher amount before I even checked in. The hotel is very nice and well located. The hotel debited my card for another guest’s charge 10 days before my first stay with them and without my permission, even though Booking said cancellation was free. The hotel took almost a month to refund me. It was a very bad first impression. I still don’t understand how this happened… and why Booking allowed my data to be compromised, as I was charged more than my stay. This is the first time something like this has happened to me.
