Como os hóspedes avaliam o hotel, aspecto a aspecto.

The room wasn’t clean, the staff were rude—when I asked for help they told me to complain—and the room is very small.

Check‑in was smooth and the rooms are good, but the cleanliness and hygiene leave something to be desired.
