The breakfast buffet was fantastic and very abundant with a huge selection. The whirlpool is not part of the main pool but in the sauna area, which is noticeably quieter. We used the sauna and whirlpool every day, which was simply wonderful. The room was large, clean, and nice. Phone calls were repeatedly unanswered; when trying to speak directly to an employee, we were sent back to the previous automated message. Also, the booking showed that part of the amount would be charged before the trip, but that never happened. The walk from the external houses to the main building and sauna is very steep and wide (see picture). The sauna closes at 20:00. Parking costs 15€ per day and a tourist tax of 3€ per person per day should be remembered.

The hotel is located in a beautiful spot and is easily accessible. Between the buildings you can walk through a tunnel, although it’s faster to go straight across the yard. The breakfast was generous and comprehensive, and the staff cleaned the tables quickly. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and very spacious. The staff spoke very poor English, so dealing with them was a bit challenging, especially since we only spoke a little German. The female staff didn’t pay much attention to guests, while the male staff were more attentive and polite. Dining at the restaurant during dinner was really difficult because the staff seemed impossible to find and the service was rushed and tight. The dinner buffet did not include any drinks, everything had to be paid separately. The bathroom fan in the room was very noisy.
