“Not Worth the Hassle”
I was really disappointed with the service at this hotel. We requested an invoice and receipt, but they said we had to pay first before they could give it to us. That was a major hassle. To make matters worse, the room was missing some basic essentials like toilet paper, a hairdryer, and a working air conditioner - the one in our room was super loud and blowing cold air straight onto our legs.
