“Definitely on our list to return.”
The staff at this hotel go way above and beyond to make sure every need is addressed. From helping to research how to get somewhere or what to do and even going so far as to drive us with our bags to the bus stop so we didn’t have to lug them up the incline. The breakfast was a 10 out of 10 and the view and peaceful location are a 100 out of 10. The entire hotel was clean and well maintained and such a retreat. Would go out of our way to stay here again. Everything was awesome. The mattresses could have been a little softer

The place had a calm vibe, quiet surroundings, friendly staff, and a view of the best lake in Interlaken. Nothing negative to mention.

Very nice and quiet hotel located on Brienz Lake. The staff was very welcoming from arrival to departure. We received the ferry schedule, a map of attractions, and a guest card for discounts upon arrival. It’s a quiet village. It takes 5‑10 minutes to Interlaken by car and about 25 minutes to Brienz. The room was very large and comfortable; ours had a balcony with lake view. There’s a beautiful outdoor seating area right on the lake. The ferry boat reaches the hotel and can be used to visit all the villages on Brienz Lake (the ferry times change based on the season). There is a parking area belonging to the hotel.
