The property was gorgeous and perfectly situated! LaToya and Kara were amazing staff members, stepping in at the smallest inconvenience to make the stay 100x more special than I could’ve imagined.

The hotel was gorgeous and smelled wonderful, and the room was cozy.

Everyone on the staff was super friendly. The bed was the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. The ballroom was amazing. The ATM was broken, so I couldn’t withdraw cash for drinks at the event in the ballroom, but I just went down to the bar and got a drink to go, so that worked out.

The location is central. The tub drained extremely slowly, making proper showers impossible, and the room wasn’t cleaned properly; there were items on the floor.
