Regarding this villa, our overall impression is rather mixed, which is why we can’t give it the highest rating. First, we want to highlight the staff’s kindness and attentiveness. We received a warm welcome, and the team was very helpful throughout our stay. However, a few aspects disappointed us upon arrival. We had informed the villa of our arrival time one hour in advance, well after the official 2:00 p.m. check‑in time. The property had also contacted us the week before to confirm our arrival details. Despite this, when we arrived, all the windows were closed and the outdoor furniture had not been set up, giving a somewhat disappointing first impression. We also noticed several areas that need repairs or better maintenance. Some electrical cables were exposed and several light fixtures were damaged. While these may seem like minor details, they are disappointing considering the nightly rate and detract from the quality expected of a property of this standard. We enjoyed an excellent meal and want to commend the chef for his kindness and professionalism, which made the experience particularly pleasant. That said, there was an unusual atmosphere within the establishment. We felt uncomfortable witnessing the manager repeatedly adopt a very authoritarian tone with staff in front of guests, which detracted from the overall experience. Despite these issues, we still had a very enjoyable stay, although a few shortcomings affected our overall impression. The photos on the website suggest the villa is immaculate and almost brand new, but in reality, the property does not entirely match that impression. It would be beneficial to carry out some refurbishment and maintenance work so that the villa better reflects the expectations created by the promotional photographs.
