The staff were super helpful and friendly, even allowing us to cancel our booking for free when our travel plans changed.
I was really impressed with how clean the place was, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
Being right in the heart of the old quarter is a huge advantage, making it super convenient to get around.
For the price, it's an absolute steal.

The service quality and the staff’s attitude were great, and I liked everything – I’ll definitely go back.
“excellent”
The location, staff, and food were all excellent, with no complaints.
“Staff were lovely, property was disappointing.”
The location was fine, but the property looked nothing like the online photos, which felt deceptive. We were told our booked room had a plumbing issue and we were upgraded, yet the “upgrade” was no better. If the hotel had posted accurate pictures, we would have made a different decision.
The location was fantastic, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive; the beds were nice and firm. The bathroom felt a bit dated and could use a refresh, the lift floor was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned in days, and the eggs on the food table were just reheated rather than freshly cooked.
The location was good, the room was comfortable with no street noise, and the staff were nice and friendly—nothing to complain about.
