The staff at this hotel were absolute stars - Ghulam Hassan, the manager, and the service guys Shadath and Irsad were all so friendly and helpful.
The hotel itself is really clean, with spacious rooms and comfy beds.
The location was great, no complaints there.

“Not good”
It’s very central, but the staff constantly pesters you about food or beer, even calling early in the morning to push sales, and the taxi can’t fit in the alley where the hotel is, so they expect very high tips in dollars.

Breakfast was quite ordinary, and an in‑house kitchen would improve quality and flavor; the only drawback was the location, though it doesn’t justify skipping the hotel.
