The trip to the hotel went well. Checking in took a long time because staff attended other guests in the meantime. The mattress had a big hole, making one side of the bed unusable. After many hours, a new room was finally given. Breakfast was poor, there were no mugs for cappuccino, but glasses for latte macchiato were available.

The location is great and central, and the reception staff were friendly. The room was clean overall. Room 402 had mosquitoes clinging to the wall, which was unpleasant and could have been cleaned better. The breakfast service needed more attention and care. On Sunday morning the buffet was half‑full; we could have had breakfast until 10:30, but we arrived about an hour earlier. The four‑person tables were only occupied by two, and the waitress couldn’t separate a table, making us wait. We had to do it ourselves, or we would have waited a long time. We also had to wait before eating because mugs, cutlery, and teaspoons were missing, and when we asked, she seemed visibly annoyed. The speck forks, lids, and other items were greasy. A bit of oversight and staff support would help.

We paid 200 € for a very small room, which was truly tiny and shameful.
