I arrived to find an old towel and a soap wrapper left in the room, and the right side of the love seat was broken so I couldn't sit there; the front desk was told about these issues, and the right side of the bed had a Switch Plate that needs fixing, while breakfast was not great and the pool was out of order.

The whole experience was amazing; Mr Patel was so kind and found me a different room downstairs, and it was so clean, with nothing negative to mention.

We got bed bug bites, which was very frustrating; this hotel should be avoided.

The building looked nice from the outside, yet my “non smoking room” still carried a cigarette odor.
