“Excellent stay, great staff and lovely food”
The location and breakfasts were excellent, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The mattress in Room 4 was very tired and uncomfortable.
“Lovely nights stay”
The view from our room was stunning, the space was cozy and stylish, and the staff were warm and friendly; we enjoyed a lovely dinner. The only small hiccup was that we were a bit unsure about how the breakfast was set up.

A tiny, welcoming hotel on the seafront in Gurnard; we didn’t know the sunset views were available, but the weather didn’t cooperate for us. We stayed in the family room 1, which had a double and a single bed, a shower over a bath, a spacious layout, comfy beds, complimentary bottled water, plenty of tea and coffee, and amazing views. Breakfast was superb and the chef seemed to handle everything without trouble. We also dined in the evenings a couple of times and the food was very good, with plenty of lovely outdoor seating to enjoy the scenery. The TV was tiny and the bathroom had no place to put anything, so towels had to be stacked on the floor; a unit or shelves would help a lot. The fan in that bathroom struggled with the steam from the shower.

Dave and everyone else on the staff were super helpful and polite, paying attention to little things like toiletries and bottled water; the dinner and breakfast were great and nothing seemed like a hassle. The only downside was the steep stairs to the rooms, which might be hard for some people.
The staff were fantastic, the venue was excellent, the location was perfect, the food was top‑class, and overall it was a great stay – we’re already planning to return next year.
