It claims to be smoke‑free, yet my clothes still carried a strong smell of smoke, my eyes burned—probably from the weed—and there were odd humming noises throughout the stay.

The room was spotless and the bed was fantastic, but the breakfast tables stayed unwashed for all four days I was there, and only a little juice and milk were offered unless I asked the front desk for more; the same problem applied to the coffee cups.

I was billed for a room I never received, then charged again for a second room that I also couldn’t access, and I’ve had no response at all; as someone who spends 2–5 days a week in Colorado Springs, this is a truly horrible experience that still haunts me.

Breakfast was fine, but my shower lacked a curtain, and when I asked for one they told me to wait for housekeeping; the room itself wasn’t that clean.
