This bungalow was really clean and well-equipped, which was great. The location near the lake was perfect and our host was super friendly, even leaving a little something extra for us. However, it was a bit annoying that we had to pay extra to use the pool.

The location was ideal for us bike enthusiasts, with great routes to Mimizan and Biscarrosse along the Velocité Française trail. Our host, Dominique, was lovely, but we were surprised to find out that the fun pass for the pool wasn't included in the price, and we also had to leave a hefty €500 deposit in cash, which felt excessive - maybe €200 would be more reasonable, considering our good track record with rentals.

The bungalow was nicely situated within the campsite and Veronique was really helpful, quickly swapping out the gas bottle for us and even leaving a complimentary bottle of wine. That said, the kitchenware was a bit of a letdown, with old and dirty pans and grimy gas stoves, and it was also a shame that the pool and other services cost extra since it's a private rental and not cheap.

The owner was really friendly and the private marina was a great perk for launching our boat. However, there wasn't much info provided about the mobile home or the owner, and we had some issues with 4G and internet connectivity.

I had a tough time finding the mobile home, which was a bit frustrating. That's pretty much the only issue I had, but it was a big one - it took me a while to locate the place. Hopefully, they'll make it easier to find for future guests.
