“Idea bella, ma non riuscita.”
Let’s be clear: choosing this type of accommodation means you’re ready for a more “wild” and less comfortable experience than a hotel room, but it also feels like a glamping adventure. I expected more comfort and cleanliness. Because of the wildlife, you’re rightfully not allowed to bring food into the tents, yet there were cookie crumbs on our bed (?!). The linens didn’t smell good, and the transparent space above the bed that should let us see the stars directly from our bed was very dusty, so visibility was minimal. The tent itself could be beautiful, and it’s acceptable that showers are only available in the evening because daytime water is too hot. A major issue is the lack of electricity, which I didn’t expect in a glamping setup. Without air conditioning, the tent is unbearable both day and night. Another drawback is the proximity to the highway. The earplugs they provide are meant for animal noise, not the cars that pass every hour. The price‑quality ratio is definitely outrageous: for almost 400 € a night, I’d have expected a luxury tent.
