They were flexible with my booking, but when we arrived the front desk was already closed past 10 pm. Dialing 0, a lady began speaking Spanish immediately, then pretended she didn’t speak English for 2–4 minutes before finally speaking perfect English. The blonde front‑desk staff was visibly drunk, rude, and unprofessional, even gossiping about other guests. The key I received the first time didn’t work, and when I called for help she simply didn’t answer and said she was finished with it.

There was nothing to like. The area was dirty and sketchy, and I would never stay there again. The beds had crumbs and dirt, there were handprints on the walls, garbage was stuffed under the door, and the gap under the door didn’t close properly.
