It features an indoor pool with jacuzzi and offers rooms with cable TV, free Wi-Fi, microwave, and coffee maker. A continental breakfast is served daily. The hotel is close to Pueblo Mall, Colorado State University-Pueblo, and Walking Stick Golf Course, with a 24-hour front desk and business center.

The room size was just right for me; staying alone, I felt completely comfortable and the “do not disturb” sign on the door was respected throughout my stay. I did hear a bit of highway noise, but the AC fan kept it at bay, and there was a slight damp smell in the room.

The AC worked well and breakfast offered many options. The bed was comfy and the night staff member was friendly. The whole place felt dim and dated, with old carpet in every area and a dirty-looking fabric chair. The sheets were a little scratchy, but the bed itself was fine. Our room lacked a smoke detector. The reviews I saw didn’t do this property justice.

Freight train noise blasted from outside the window, and overall the area felt run down.

Nothing. It's in such a sketchy area. They claim there is no parking for anyone with a work truck or trailer even though there is room but they put signs up along 20 stalls saying no parking allowed. They tell you you'll get towed if you park on their property and suggest to park in the Mexican restaurant parking lot across the street. Front desk attendant was ambivalent and cold. Then I just happened to notice paper on the desk that they have no hot water from 9am until 12pm. No explanation, no rate discount, no apology or explanation. When I asked to cancel the reservation, she refused. So now it's 12am I am standing there calling . I get through to them and they attempt to call the property. The same front desk attendant I am standing there with picks up says hello then hangs the phone up and says no one was there. I am still on hold with the agent who just tried to call her and he then comes back to the phone and says he was hung up on. I am also reading on previous reviews that this 9am to 12pm hot water outage is a reoccurring event. Do they do that everyday to save on utilities? This place is a dump. Don't waste your time or money. Still waiting for my refund. If it isn't refunded on my card in 48hrs I'll be filing a complaint with VISA
