The bed was good, the shower warm and powerful. There was no reception desk and the key safe was hard to locate; once I found the key, finding the door was a struggle. Breakfast was lacking—only dried bread, cheese, cold cuts, and instant coffee. The bathroom radiator is connected to the hot‑water pipe, so if it’s shut off for too long, legionella could develop, which is dangerous.

The breakfast was fine and the location was okay, and the restaurant was decent. The room was large but oddly had no window to the outside, which felt a bit strange. I also noticed that the front desk was empty during some hours, which was inconvenient.

Large, fresh family room! It was a bit warm and the sound insulation was poor.

We arrived to receive an upgrade on the room we had booked. The staff were competent, helpful, and very friendly. We’ll definitely return and can only recommend this hotel.
