The bed was very comfortable, there’s an extra bike storage room, and breakfast was okay, but the location right at a busy intersection causes a lot of nighttime noise.

The facilities are good, the staff are friendly, and the breakfast is generous, but there were no grab bars in the shower enclosure.

None of the toilet items were present, complaints to staff had no effect and I received no response.

We arrived late at night with four single rooms booked, but the hotel said none were available. They sent us to a city‑center spot five minutes away, but nobody was there when we got there. After a 30‑minute wait, someone appeared, led us into a rundown building, and showed us a “unit” of just two rooms: one with a double bed and another with two separate beds. We had to wait another 30 minutes for the unit to be cleaned. The room was cold and the shower had no hot water. The next day we had to return for breakfast, which was awful: the eggs were undercooked and the selection was very limited. Despite all the hassle, they still demanded full payment. All the staff were Turkish and didn’t speak English. They refused to give a receipt and instead wrote the amount on a small scrap of paper. In short: steer clear of these incompetent guys. Payment is only accepted in cash.
