I liked how easy public transport was around the guesthouse—it really helped us get around the city. The supermarket and bakery were also close to the residence, which made our trip smoother. Everything else was fine! We weren’t staying in luxury rooms because we were there for business, so don’t expect anything extravagant; however, the guesthouse does offer luxurious rooms at a higher price.

The room was very clean and quiet. The location is only a 15‑minute walk to downtown. A supermarket and bus station are around the corner from the guesthouse, and coffee machines are right on the street with a good coffee for a small local coin. Lovely hostesses: Luba treated me like a daughter—full of love and helped me with everything. Alina went above and beyond—I was welcomed to rest and settle before going to exchange currency and make my great‑deal payment, and I even had a taxi arranged when needed. Locals are very kind and super supportive, and downtown is amazing with impressive fountains. A traveler tip: always book your taxi through the app (YandexGo). The price is then fixed (airport‑to‑downtown is 2500 drams), and you can pay in cash, which can be exchanged at the airport 24/7 upon arrival.

Clean. No privacy in my room. It was the first one up the stairs and anyone from the other 5‑6 rooms could see inside because the shutters didn’t keep privacy. There was also some confusion during the check‑in process. The bathroom and shower were not in great shape.

What can I say… 10/10, absolutely deserved! The location is convenient, the room is clean and fragrant, the bed is incredibly comfortable. But the best part is the owners: wonderful people, extremely kind, available 24 hours a day. Excellent quality‑price ratio. If I came back to the area, I’d choose it again.

Close to the bus station, very convenient if you arrive late. The neighbors turned out to be noisy; they couldn’t be silenced, and they came out into the corridor loudly talking all night, so I couldn’t rest. There was no one among the hosts to contact at night to try to fix the situation. Somehow it turned out that the facilities were on the floor; I didn’t understand how I booked that room, but apparently that’s my fault.
